Guide to Selling

If you are thinking of selling your home, it makes sense to employ the services of the most experienced Estate Agent in the area. First Impressions always count

After contacting us and inviting us to view your property,we will offer an accurate market appraisal based on recent sales comparables ,current demand and existing properties available. Once the price is agreed and our Terms & Conditions are signed we will then start to commence marketing of your home which generally involves organising a selection of high quality interior and exterior photos, floorplans and an EPC (Energy Proficiency Certificate).Good quality accurate sales particulars will then be prepared and the property will be placed on to our in-house database whilst simultaneously being uploaded to our interactive website where applicants can view immediately. It will also be included and fed through to the leading property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location, Find a Property and others portals we advertise on. We also advertise in various printed media such as London Property magazine, The Resident, Absolutely, Metro, Hampstead & Highgate Express & Jewish Chronicle and other relevant titles.

We have established good relationships with many of these colour magazines allowing us to offer editorials on some properties. Camerons Stiff also have three very prominent window displays in the immediate area to advertise your property.

Newspaper and Magazine Advertising                       

Properties are advertised in the local and national press.

Mailing and Telephoning Applicants 

Each of our offices has a substantial number of pre registered applicants on our database,many in a position to purchase immediately. When instructions are received , we will contact them either by telephone or email.

Window Display

A colour photograph featuring your property will be displayed in either or both of our offices, including our prominent Willesden Green Station office site.

Internet Advertising                                                         

In addition to our own website, we advertise on a selection of property portals including RightmoveFind a Property, ZooplaGlobrixPrimelocation etc.

Viewings

All viewings will be organised by prior arrangement. Wherever possible, one of our members of staff will accompany viewings.

Reporting

We will update you after viewings and let you know both the positive and negative comments. This will run in conjunction with constant assessment of progress and marketing strategy.

Beware of other agents that overvalue your house to win your business. Normally these agents will ask for long contract terms in order to talk the value down at a later date.

Make sure your agent is a member of NAEA (National Association of Estate Agents) and The Ombudsman Scheme in our office window (on a rotational basis)
