Your property will benefit from accurate and well presented Particulars, all of which will have good quality digital colour photographs. Where required, internal and exterior photographs will be taken. Quality details are vital in order to give potential tenants an accurate representation of your property. On some occasions we offer a brochure service with full floor plans (please discuss this with the negotiator for details).
Renting out your home
Our experienced Lettings negotiators will be able to assist you in respect of maximising the returns on your home, as well as explaining our Terms and Conditions including our full Management package.
After instruction we will organise an EPC to be commissioned . Your home or investment property will be uploaded to all the major property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime location combined with our own website which will allow your property maximum exposure.
Once we have found you a suitable tenant, we carry out Credit & Referencing Checks for your approval. Camerons Stiff Lettings if requested provide an Inventory both to the tenant and yourself. Both parties will be asked to sign an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.)
Newspaper and Magazine Advertising
Properties are advertised in the Local and National Press.
Mailing and Telephoning Applicants
Each of our offices has a substantial number of pre registered applicants on our database, many of them looking to move in immediately. When instructions are received, we will contact them either by telephone or email.
A colour photograph featuring your property will be displayed in either or both of our offices, including our prominent Willesden Green Station office site.
All viewings will be organised by prior arrangement. Wherever possible, one of our members of staff will accompany viewings.
We will update you after viewings and let you know both the positive and negative comments. This will run in conjunction with constant assessment of progress and marketing strategy.
All rental properties require a valid EPC that is valid now for ten years. However, if the property has an existing tenant the landlord will not be obliged to provide the EPC until the tenant leaves and the property is re-let. We can organise an EPC for you which can generally be turned around in a few days for a small fee. Our EPC provider will contact you direct to make an appointment.
