Once you have seen a property that meets your requirements you complete a holding deposit form in the office and the property will be withdrawn from the market. Before you can move into the property you will have to provide the following: Acceptable credit checks and references, a completed and signed Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, a standing order mandate and the balance of deposit monies.
