Dollis Hill

Dollis Hill

Dollis Hill is made up of mainly residential districts to the south and east of Gladstone Park. On the south side the area is made up of Edwardian three bed terraced houses, and more modern 3-4 bedroom semi's with garages at the other. These houses also dominate the east side of the Park. The 1930's houses have always been much in demand from families looking for less crowded streets and easy parking. Recently, we have seen a strong surge in the popularity of these homes.

The Edwardian terraces are becoming exceptionally popular with those living in the postcodes of W9, W10 and West Hampstead residents, moving slightly out of town to get better value for money price per square foot. The beautiful 94 acre Gladstone Park provides some of the best views in London as well as a nurturing environment for young couples looking for a green leafy location in London to raise their families. Recreational facilities include tennis, football and rugby pitches. Gladstone Park is one of Londons best kept secrets.

There is a strong sense of community in this area and a thriving local residents association who regularly arrange local events such as the Gladstonbury Park Festival. Gladstone Primary is another local school starting to receive excellent reviews and we are delighted to say we are the schools main sponsor.

Transport links include both Dollis Hill and Willesden Green on the excellent Jubilee Line (Zone 3 and Zone 2 respectively).
